Our Mission & Vision

Our Mission

Is to encourage, equip and empower people to be with Jesus, be transformed in His likeness and be sent by Him to influence their world for God’s glory.

Our Vision

Is to help people know and experience God more intimately.

[For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Himperceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection [which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death, [in the hope].

Scripture:  Philippians 3:10 (Amplified)

Our Core Values

Prayer (Jeremiah 29:12-14, Ephesians 6:18)

Stewardship (Luke 6:38, 2 Corinthians 9:6-8)

Excellence (Psalm 8:9, Colossians 3:23-24)

Integrity (Matthews 5:37)

Servant heart and spirit (Matthew 20:27-28, Philippians 2:5-8)

Purity of life (Matthew 5:8)

Relationships and Networking (Romans 12:10)

Revival (Psalms 85, Isaiah 64, 2 Chronicles 7:14)

Who are we?

We believe that we are called to help people and churches worldwide to experience and know Jesus more intimately, to be changed and transformed by Him, to be send by Him on mission to influence their known world for God’s purpose and God’s Calling.

What do we do?

The goal of our ministry is to glorify God and to finish the assignment that He has given to us and tell all people of the Word of the Lord Jesus and to reveal and display His nature and character to a watching world.

How do we do that?

Firstly, we write and publish material and resources about Revival which is the front burner of our hearts. Secondly, we help people to connect with God’s purpose and agenda for their lives as intimacy with God is the foundation of the Connected Life material. Thirdly, we teach the Connected Life material at conferences and outreaches, retreats and cohorts around the globe. Fourthly, we find people in whose lives we can invest our time in by making disciple-makers who can make disciples who once again can make disciples in their known world as well.

What We Believe

About God

We believe that there is only one true and living God. God is the Creator and Sustainer of all things. He is infinite, eternal, unchangeable, and is revealed to us as the Godhead existent in the co-equal, co-eternal, and co-substantial persons; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:1,3,14,18; Isaiah 9:6; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Ephesians 1:3-6, 13-14; Ephesians 4:6).

The Father

We believe that God, the almighty Father, created heaven and all things therein, the earth and all things thereon (Genesis 1:1; 2:1,2) and that He maintains it all by His authoritative word (Psalm 104:1-35; Hebrews 1:3). The Father is the first person of the Trinity who orders and disposes of all things according to His own purpose and grace, and who continually upholds, directs, and governs all creatures and events for His own glory. The Fatherhood denotes spiritual relationship; first within the Trinity; second, within mankind. Creatively in relation to all men, but spiritually only in relation to those who have been saved by His grace for their sin and come to Him through Jesus Christ (James 1:17).

The Son

We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah from the Old Testament, the only begotten Son of God (John 3:16), who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary (Luke 1:26-35); who was crucified for our sins and rose again from the dead so that we could be pardoned (Romans 3:24), and that we, by our faith in Jesus Christ our Lord, can have free access to this grace, in which we now stand (Romans 5:1,2); who ascended into heaven to appear before God as intercessor for us (Acts1:9-11; Hebrews 7:25, 9:24); from whence He shall come to judge the living and the dead (Matthew 25:31-46; Acts 17:30,31) and will again, in the fullness of the Father’s time, return in visible, triumphant, personal form to overthrow sin, judge the world, and establish His kingdom on earth (John 1:14).

The Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit (John 14:16,17,26; Acts 5:3), who converts us (John 3:5-8) and grants us what we now have obtained in Christ, i.e. the washing and cleansing of our sins and the daily regeneration and sanctification of our lives, until we shall be perfect, when we are set up in eternal life. The Holy Spirit is sent from God to convict the world of sin, unrighteousness, and judgment, and to regenerate, cleanse, and secure from sin. He lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer a spiritual gift when they are saved. As Christians, we seek to live under His control daily (John 14:16-18; John 16:8, 13).

The Scriptures

We believe that all of the Scriptures (Old and New Testaments) were divinely inspired and, as such, constitute the infallible Word of God (2 Timothy 3:15-17). The Bible is God’s Word to man. The Bible is God’s inerrant Word to us, as originally given by God through human authors under the supernatural guidance and direction of the Holy Spirit and is absolutely true and trustworthy. It is our only standard of faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16-17, Hebrews 4:12; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Matthew 5:18; Psalm 119).

Salvation

We believe that man is, by nature, a child of wrath (Ephesians 2:3), and that he cannot see the kingdom of God, except that he be born again (John 3:3-8). God has acted in Jesus Christ to deliver us from sin. Jesus Christ is the only Savior from sin. He provided forgiveness and atonement for our sins by shedding His blood on the cross and rose again to provide life and justification. Apart from Christ, there is no salvation. All men are under condemnation through personal sin, and deliverance from personal sin comes only through the righteousness of Christ and not any human merit. This righteousness is credited to the believer by grace through faith. The Holy Spirit regenerates or gives new life to one who commits his life to Jesus, and he is kept by God’s power forever, never to be lost.

About Man, Sin, and Satan

Man’s condition is one of sin and separation from God. Man was created by innocence, directly and immediately by God in His spiritual image, for the purpose of fellowship with God and glory for God. Man was tempted by Satan and sinned, and because of this, all men have been born in sin since that time. Every person has a tremendous potential for good, but all are marred by a nature of rebellion and disobedience towards God, others, and all good things, and are ultimately and eternally bound for hell. All persons need to be saved from their sin.

The Church

We believe that God gathers a church for Himself by His Word and Spirit (Acts 15:17) and the powers of hell shall not prevail against it (Matthew 16:18). Jesus established the church to continue His mission and ministry on earth. A New Testament church is a voluntary association of baptized believers in Christ who have covenanted together to follow the teachings of the New Testament in doctrine, worship, and practice. We believe that intercession, pastoral work and preaching are the actual duty of the church. The duty of the church as an institute and the duty of the church members do not encompass exactly the same field. The office-bearers of the church should attend to the flock (Acts 20:28) and prepare the members for their service (Ephesians 4:11-16). The church members, on the other hand, have a duty to fulfill in the secular world. This duty is actually unlimited in that it involves being the salt of the earth and the light of the world (Matthew 5:13-16) and thereby represents the new life in Christ all over the world.

Death and Resurrection

Everyone will face judgment before God; some to eternal life, others to eternal condemnation. Death involves no loss of consciousness, but the soul of the redeemed passes immediately into the presence of Christ. There is separation of soul and body until the first resurrection when the spirit, soul and resurrected body will be reunited in glorified form in heaven forever. All men will be bodily resurrected, the saved to everlasting life, but the lost into eternal condemnation.

Discipling

We believe it pleased God to let the church become visible through various ministries (Acts 14:23; Titus 1:5; 1 Peter 2:9). We believe that, although the congregation has its own resources to be spiritually independent (Ephesians 4:11-16), it is also Biblically correct that a congregation may receive assistance from outside organizations or workers, since Timothy was sent to the Thessalonians to fortify them and to encourage them in their faith (1 Thessalonians 3:2). This assistance from outside sources should preferably be rendered at the request of the church council of the local congregation(s).

Revival

We believe that revival is send from God in times of spiritual decline (John 6:63). It is the Spirit who revives the dead men’s bones (Ezekiel 37:1-14), who empowers the faithful to become witnesses unto God everywhere (Acts 1:8), and who is the guarantee that the preaching of the gospel will be blessed (Acts 14:1). God promises new spiritual life and awakening when His people earnestly ask Him for it in prayer (Psalm 85:6; 2 Chronicles 7:12-15; John 7:7,8; James 4:2).

About Last Things

Jesus Christ will return, and God’s plan for eternity will be carried out. We believe in the imminent and bodily return of Jesus Christ to the earth. The dead will be raised, and Christ will judge all men according to their works. Unbelievers will be cast into eternal punishment and outer darkness prepared for the devil and His angels who preceded them, and the saved will enter into the eternal state of glory with God and will spend eternity in their resurrected and glorified bodies.

Ministry

We believe it pleased God to let the church become visible through various ministries (Acts 14:23; Titus 1:5; 1 Peter 2:9). We believe that, although the congregation has its own resources to be spiritually independent (Ephesians 4:11-16), it is also Biblically correct that a congregation may receive assistance from outside organizations or workers, since Timothy was sent to the Thessalonians to fortify them and to encourage them in their faith (1 Thessalonians 3:2).
